How to use it?
You can put whole cloves on the gums, as close to painful area, near tooth which is problematic. Keep it there as long as possible. A thin skin membrane of gums easily absorbs oil from it and provides immediate relief, you'll soon notice yourself
You can also put a drop of clove essential oil. But only a drop! Since the clove essential oil can be dangerous if used in large quantities, and it may cause tissue necrosis. And so I beg you, use the essential oil with extreme caution!


Natural aphrodisiac  

Clove is a known natural aphrodisiac.

Method of use:
Drink two cups of clove tea every day or take two capsules clove powder twice a day.
 

How to make clove tea: 
Pour 2-3 cloves with 2.5 oz of hot water and leave covered for 15 minutes to rest. After that, filter the tea and drink.

Use it for rinsing and gargling the mouth and throat.
Tincture is used for cleansing the body from parasites




Russian potion against flu and sore throat

Ingredients:

2 cups of hot water
1 teaspoon of fresh grated horseradish
1 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of honey

Mix ingredients
in a glass of warm water and drink slowly. Stir occasionally.



 

Safety precautions

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use clove.
You may not use clove two weeks prior to any surgery.

6 Recipes For Homemade Mouthwash

If you want to have healthy teeth and nice fresh breath, then it's not enough just to brush your teeth every morning and evening. You need to use mouthwash. I bring you in this article 6 recipes for homemade mouthwash!

How to use mouthwash

Also, you can use mouthwash after every meal, to clean food remains and freshen your breath. After meal, it's better to use mouthwash than brushing your teeth. It's not good to brush your teeth shortly after meal, because brushing can enable acid to enter deeper into your teeth, allowing corrosion to perform much faster.
So, it's better to use mouthwash after meal. Or if you are so eager to brush your teeth after every meal, wait at least one hour after meal, when is safe to use toothbrush.

Homemade mouthwash recipes



Homemade mouthwash with honey and lemon

- ½ tablespoons of cinnamon powder
- 1
½ tablespoon honey
- ½ tablespoons of baking soda
- 2 cups of hot water
- 2 lemons

Preparation:
1.Add honey in warm water and stir over low heat until melted (optional make sure the water does not boil), then add the baking soda, cinnamon and lemon at the end.  


2. Pour the mixture into a glass vial and mix well.

3. For fresh breath use
mouthwash in the morning after brushing your teeth. Gargle two tablespoons for about 2 minutes and then spit.



Homemade mouthwash with garden plants

- 2 tablespoons parsley  
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint  
- 240 ml of water  
- 15 ml vodka

Put all in a blender for about 2 minutes. Strain. Do not swallow!


Homemade mouthwash with peppermint

- 180 ml of water  
- 60 ml of vodka  
- 4 teaspoons of glycerin  
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel  
- 10-15 drops of essential oil of peppermint

Boil water and vodka, add aloe vera gel and glycerin, cool down and add the essential oil. Mix well. Pour into a bottle. Do not swallow!




Homemade cinnamon mouthwash 

Boil water on medium heat.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir in a teaspoon of cloves, ground cinnamon, peppermint extract and fresh parsley. Let it soak for ten minutes, then strain and discard the debris from the strainer.
Made fluid pour gently into a clean bottle and store in the fridge without a limited shelf life. Use daily.


Homemade mouthwash with mint and rosemary

- 70ml water
- A tablespoon of seeds of anise, mint and rosemary leaves

Pour hot water over ingredients and let soak for 24 hours. Strain the liquid and pour into a bottle and store in a dry place or in the refrigerator.



Homemade mouthwash with apple vinegar


- 240 milliliters of water
- Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Pour these two ingredients into a glass vial and mix well before use.


 

WARNING: All of these recipes contain more or less strong spices and essential oils that are toxic if ingested. Before any use, make sure if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.
