This fruit is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E, minerals like sodium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and fluoride, and fruit acids - apple, wine and citric.Grapes contain many polyphenols, and is therefore great for cosmetics.Polyphenols are protecting the skin from harmful effects, significantly slowing down the natural aging process, and in combination with other ingredients - they're helping all skin types. Besides, they stimulate blood circulation, keep the natural elasticity and moisture of the skin, and make it tender, healthy and fresh.

Today in the market there are many preparations that are being made based on grapes, but the best are the ones that you will make yourself at home. So, here are a few recipes! :)

Scrub

To make your face shine again, prepare a scrub which will successfully remove dead cells, regardless of the type of your skin. For this purpose, mix 5-7 mashed berries with one tablespoon of wheat bran and a little amount of grape juice. Scrub your face in a circular motion, and then rinse with lukewarm water.
You can also add almond oil to this scrub, especially if you have dry skin.

Mask

For refreshment and rehabilitation of facial skin
Squeeze the juice from the grapes to fill one coffee cup, add a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of sour cream.  Stir all together with wheat flour to get the porridge that easily smears. Rub the mask on cleansed face, neck, décolleté and hands . If your skin is young hold the mask for 20 minutes, but if it is dry and older, it needs 40 minutes for the more successful effect. Wash the mask with warm water and finish with cold to improve skin tone.

Anti Wrinkle
Mix egg yolk and egg white into foam. Add a large spoon of sweet cream, half a cup of grape juice and one teaspoon of grape sugar that is sold in health food stores. You can regulate with flour the density of the mask. Apply this mask to clean face and hold it for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Unclean skin
If you have unclean skin, crush a handful of berries and mix them with one tablespoon of oatmeal. Then, apply on your face, hold for 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Skin toner

Peel 100g of grapes, whip in blender or juicer. This vitamin tonic simultaneously cleanses and tones the skin; abundantly soak the skin and after ten minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.

If you have a problem with enlarged pores, rub your face with freshly mashed grapes, leave it for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.

Chocolate - your beauty ally

We all love chocolate, because it is so tasty and sweet and improves our mood. But did you know that chocolate is very healthy for your skin and hair? Of course, I'm talking about dark chocolate. :)

Dark chocolate (which has a low sugar content and a high proportion of cocoa) is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are nutritious for skin. After you eat a piece of dark chocolate, all the irregularities on the skin soothe and it automatically becomes smooth.  It is a proven fact that chocolate has more antioxidants than strawberries. Eating it in decent portions can make you look not only happier but also healthier.

Iron, calcium, and vitamins A, B1, C, D and E are among the many nutrients that are found in dark chocolate. Replace a cup of coffee or green tea with cocoa that will deeply nourish your skin and give it a healthy glow. You can make the chocolate scrub to remove dead skin cells. Just mix olive oil, brown sugar and cocoa powder.

Flavonol (component in dark chocolate) helps protect skin protection from sunburn, redness and other UV damage, which has been clinically proven. When applied directly to the skin, can recover and provide the necessary moisture to areas of the body that are exposed to sunlight. However, do not give up on sunscreen.

Copper, zinc and iron are minerals that stimulate the growth and repair of cells. So, eating chocolate every day will increase the flow of oxygen and blood to the scalp which will result in healthier and stronger hair.
