With only 19 calories in 100 grams, lemon is valuable for weight loss and detoxification of the body. Lemon water is a very healthy drink, especially when consumed in the morning. Daily consumption of lemon offers numerous health benefits, some of which I list below.

I've lost about 2 inches in my thighs and 1 inch in my waist, in just a week! And I have noticed that I have a lot more energy. :)
