9 Uses Of Bananas For Beauty

Few facts about bananas

Bananas are rich in vitamin A, B, C, and minerals, such as iron, zinc and potassium. They are also rich in amino acids and antioxidants that provide nutrients to the skin and hair. 


1. Dry skin moisturizer

Mash the banana and apply it on the skin (note only that you do not get in eyes). Leave on your face between 15 and 20 minutes. Rinse your face with lukewarm water, and then spray the splash of cold water to keep moisture. Your dry skin will immediately become softer.

2. Oily skin

Get rid of oily skin by making a mask with banana and two teaspoons of lemon juice.
The acid from the lemon will reduce greasiness, while vitamin C from bananas will control it's future production.


3. Anti wrinkle

Mask for dry skin can be used as anti-aging facial mask. Bananas and avocados contain vitamin E, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and age spots.

4. Scrub

Keep your skin soft by doing peeling with banana, oatmeal and coconut milk, once a week. 


5. Acne-prone skin

Before going to bed, rub the face with the inner side of the peel. Rinse in the morning. Repeat the process every day during the week and acne should disappear. If you notice skin irritation or recurrence of acne, stop the treatment and consult your doctor. 

6. Puffy eyes

Just eating bananas will reduce puffiness. For better effect, you can blend banana and rub under eyes. Leave it for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

 

7. For all hair types

They are very useful for dry and oily hairThe only thing you need is a banana and 3 drops of almond oil.
Mash banana, add almond oil and stir. Massage the mask into the hair and scalp, wrap your head with a towel and leave so for half an hour. After that, rinse hair with shampoo you normally use. Your hair will be soft and silky. Banana mask is suitable for all hair types. 

8. Teeth whitener

If you want to whiten your teeth, rub them with inside of banana peel. 

9. Against cellulite

Bananas are a great ally in the fight against cellulite due to large amounts of potassium, which is responsible for good blood circulation. Eat everyday one banana.

7 Awesome Recipes With Yogurt For Your Skin

One of the most common foods that you find in your refrigerator is - yogurt! This affordable and inexpensive drink works great on your skin and hair as well as any face cream or hair mask. Yogurt nourishes and soothes sensitive skin and balances the pH value.


1. Hydration - Put some yogurt on your face and let it stay for about 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

This will solve the problem of dry skin without much hassle. If you have extremely dry skin, mix one tablespoon of honey in yogurt.

2. Scrub for sensitive and dry skin - For natural scrub, mix two tablespoons of yogurt with one tablespoon of ground oats. Apply to face and gently massage the skin using small circular movements. Thanks to lactic acid, yogurt works really well as peeling, especially on sensitive and dry skin.

3. AcneDaily apply a small amount of yogurt to the area where the acne and you will see improvement within 7 days. Regular application keeps the skin in a healthy condition and help prevent a resurgence of the pest. Yogurt is rich in zinc and therefore helps to reduce and prevent the formation of acne and pimples.

4. Mask for oily skinMix one tablespoon of brewer's yeast with yogurt. Put it on all the oily areas and leave until dry. Rinse with lukewarm water at first, and then with cold water and allow to dry skin itself.

5. Anti-Aging - Make a face mask of one tablespoon of olive oil and four tablespoons of yogurt. Apply this mixture to the face three times a week and keep it for 30 minutes. Lactic acid which belongs to the alpha hydroxyl acid, prevents premature skin aging.

6. Get rid of dark circles - Mix half a teaspoon of raw yeast with one teaspoon of yogurt and apply under the eyes tapping with cotton pad. Allow the mixture to dry on your face and go to sleep. In the morning, just rinse your face. Repeat this for a week and you will start to notice the difference.

7. Skin lightening - Mix the yogurt with half a teaspoon of turmeric (turmeric), two tablespoons of lemon juice and half a cup of honey. Apply to the desired area and leave until the yogurt starts to dry (30-40 min). Rinse your face with cold water.

Rejuvenate your skin with grapes!

Today in the market there are many preparations that are being made based on grapes, but the best are the ones that you will make yourself at home. So, here are a few recipes! :)

 

Scrub 


To make your face shine again, prepare a scrub which will successfully remove dead cells, regardless of the type of your skin. For this purpose, mix 5-7 mashed berries with one tablespoon of wheat bran and a little amount of grape juice. Scrub your face in a circular motion, and then rinse with lukewarm water.  
You can also add almond oil to this scrub, especially if you have dry skin.

  

Mask


For refreshment and rehabilitation of facial skin   
Squeeze the juice from the grapes to fill one coffee cup, add a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of sour cream.  Stir all together with wheat flour to get the porridge that easily smears. Rub the mask on cleansed face, neck, décolleté and hands . If your skin is young hold the mask for 20 minutes, but if it is dry and older, it needs 40 minutes for the more successful effect. Wash the mask with warm water and finish with cold to improve skin tone.

Anti Wrinkle
Mix egg yolk and egg white into foam. Add a large spoon of sweet cream, half a cup of grape juice and one teaspoon of grape sugar that is sold in health food stores. You can regulate with flour the density of the mask. Apply this mask to clean face and hold it for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Unclean skin
If you have unclean skin, crush a handful of berries and mix them with one tablespoon of oatmeal. Then, apply on your face, hold for 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

 

Skin toner


Peel 100g of grapes, whip in blender or juicer. This vitamin tonic simultaneously cleanses and tones the skin; abundantly soak the skin and after ten minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.

If you have a problem with enlarged pores, rub your face with freshly mashed grapes, leave it for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.

Chocolate - your beauty ally

We all love chocolate, because it is so tasty and sweet and improves our mood. But did you know that chocolate is very healthy for your skin and hair? Of course, I'm talking about dark chocolate. :)


Dark chocolate (which has a low sugar content and a high proportion of cocoa) is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are nutritious for skin. After you eat a piece of dark chocolate, all the irregularities on the skin soothe and it automatically becomes smooth.  It is a proven fact that chocolate has more antioxidants than strawberries. Eating it in decent portions can make you look not only happier but also healthier.

Iron, calcium, and vitamins A, B1, C, D and E are among the many nutrients that are found in dark chocolate. Replace a cup of coffee or green tea with cocoa that will deeply nourish your skin and give it a healthy glow. You can make the chocolate scrub to remove dead skin cells. Just mix olive oil, brown sugar and cocoa powder.
 

Flavonol (component in dark chocolate) helps protect skin protection from sunburn, redness and other UV damage, which has been clinically proven. When applied directly to the skin, can recover and provide the necessary moisture to areas of the body that are exposed to sunlight. However, do not give up on sunscreen.

Copper, zinc and iron are minerals that stimulate the growth and repair of cells. So, eating chocolate every day will increase the flow of oxygen and blood to the scalp which will result in healthier and stronger hair.


Chocolate hair mask for dull, lifeless hair

  •  1  tablespoon cocoa powder
  •  3 tablespoons soft cheese
  •  few drops of lukewarm water



Mix cheese and cocoa with few drops of water into a smooth paste. Spread the mask over washed, clean hair, and let it work for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
 


Chocolate and honey face mask

  •  1 tablespoon finely grated chocolate with more than 70% of cocoa 
  •  1 teaspoon of liquid honey
  •  slightly moist face cream
Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste and apply it on the face, neck and decolletage. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then remove it with wet towel.

Chocolate body scrub

  •  3 tablespoons cocoa powder      
  •  4 tablespoons brown sugar

Mix ingredients and rub apply to the body. Rinse it with warm water. Scrub successfully softens the rougher parts of the body, such as knees and elbows.

Parsley, that miraculous spice!

Do you know how else you can use parsley, except as a condiment?


Parsley is much more than spice that enhances the flavor of your food or ordinary ornaments. There are numerous medicinal properties and can be used for cosmetic purposes.
Parsley contains two groups of special ingredients, which are very important for our health.  
The first group of ingredients contains natural essential oils, which include myristicin, limonene, eugenol, and alpha-thujene. The second group includes flavonoids: apiin, apigenin, luteolin and crisoeriol.  
In addition, parsley is an excellent source of vitamins C, A and K.

  

Parsley tea for slimming

Parsley tea is great for expulsion of toxins from the body, to strengthen the gastric glands against heart disease, kidney disease, and improves metabolism. Spring is the perfect time to decide to detoxify the body. Parsley contains two very important ingredients, which are apiol and myristicin. These are the elements that make the urine flow increases, which significantly lowers the removal of urinary tract infections. Flavonoids, which includes parsley, especially luteolin, act as antioxidants, binding to free radicals and thereby preventing their harmful effects on the body.

Parsley tea is easy to make:
1. boil water (about 1 liter)
2. add cleansed parsley root in a water

3. let it boil for 1 minute
4. let it cool down (room temperature)


Parsley tea is prepared for removal of excess water from the body, so you can lose a kilo or two. Many slimming teas contain parsley.

 

Problems with period

If you have a problem with painful or irregular menstruation, parsley is again a solution for you, as it promotes bleeding. Snacking parsley in the days before the cycle removes excess fluid from the body and prevents premenstrual bloating.
However, parsley is not entirely harmless plant. First of all, its use during pregnancy has to be controlled and metered. Even small amounts of parsley can cause digestive processes and facilitate easy period. So be careful when you use parsley in pregnancy!

 

Parsley for skin

Parsley is good for skin care, especially against freckles since it is rich in vitamins A and C, and many minerals. A handful of parsley leaves, finely chop and soak in a liter of cold water in the evening. Drain in the morning. Wash your face morning and night
In a fight against wrinkles, you can use the same recipe, just reduce the amount of water (instead of using a liter, use two deciliter). Soak a cotton ball in the resulting liquid and  lightly coat the area around the eyes, mouth and neck. Allow the skin to dry on air. Repeat this treatment several times in half an hour.
