Chlorophyll is a pigment found in all green plants. We consume it in the body through green vegetables and fruits. It's great in the fight against anemia, helps the body to fight off infections, cleans the liver and digestive system, killing bacteria and it's also antiseptic.

Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
 
- 1 lime
- quarter pineapple
- a quarter of a cucumber
- half a handful of broccoli
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 oz of almond milk or plain yogurt
- 1 handful of ice
 
   

Preparation: Peel the pineapple and lime, put together in a blender with other ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined. Put the ice in a glass and pour the smoothie over it.

  1. My dietician also told me to start taking healthy Green drink if I want to pamper my body. I know that green drink made up of basil or spinach is really helpful for our body. I am getting strength every day after having a glass of drink.

    1. Actually, I'm not sure about that suplement. Never tried it. I like to make smoothies at home, from fresh fruits and vegetables. And those drinks are great! But for me, spinach is not quite tasteful, but it's really healthy, so I have to add banana or pineapple - and only than I can drink that. :D
