1. Peppers
Grate half the pepper (sweet) and apply to cleansed skin, especially to areas of hyperpigmentation. Keep for 30 minutes and then rinse with cool water and apply appropriate nutritional cream.
2. Strawberries
The bleaching power have fruits of strawberry, wild strawberry and black currant. Fruits should be mashed and applied to the face. Mask should be washed off after 20-30 minutes.
3. Melon
Cook melon seeds in water. Wash your hands and face with this water for few days, and watch your skin become clean and white.

6. Parsley
Parsley mask - It is especially suitable for women after age 40, which in addition to the appearance of pigmented stains have wrinkles and loose skin elasticity. In spring and early summer mask is made from fresh leaves and stems of parsley, and in the autumn of root. Clean 2-3 carrots, finely grate, squeeze the juice. Rub your face in the morning and evening if you have a lot of spots and if they are difficult to remove. You will get a yellowish shade, and freckles will become less noticeable.
If the you add a few drops of lemon juice in carrot juice, you will get the excellent tonic for removing freckles.
9. Oats
Mix oat bran with hot milk or water until. Put mixture on your face and hold for 20-30 minutes.
Oats without shell, cooked in water and squashed, mix with sifted oat flour and cook all together in the water. Rub your face with this mixture daily, and your skin will become white and clean.
10. Vinegar

Baking soda (chemical name sodium bicarbonate) is a fine white powder which is often used in household. Baking soda has numerous purposes, and is used since the time before Christ - the ancient Egyptians used the natural form of baking soda as soap and for preserving mummies. Today it is used for cooking, polishing, removal of odor, heartburn treatment - that are at least the best known ways to use, but there are many more.
Baking soda found its place in the preparation of homemade cosmetics - just as effective and much cheaper and probably healthier.
For facial skin
Facial cleanser - Make a paste of 2 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of water. Wash your face with warm water and rub this paste into your skin with gentle, circular motions, and after a few minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. With this paste you can even remove make up.
If you suffer from acne problems, baking soda is a great natural remedy for their treatment. For this treatment you need one tablespoon of baking soda and warm water to form a paste. After you have thoroughly washed your face, apply the resulting paste and leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse your face with lukewarm water.
Whitening facial mask - Mix the juice of half lemon, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this mask on freshly washed face, and let it sit for 5-15 minutes. When you go to rinse the mask, do it gently with circular movements to also exfoliate the skin. This is an ideal mask for brightening the skin, especially for people who have some type of hyperpigmentation (sun, acne or aging).
For hair
Deep cleansing shampoo - From time to time the hair needs cleansing from all layers of shampoos, conditioners and various products that we use. The easiest way to do that is to put in the shampoo half a teaspoon of baking soda and wash your hair with it.
Hair dye remover - Also, if you accidentally dyed your hair a shade too dark, do not immediately run to the hairdresser, but try to wash out the color with baking soda. Mix equal amounts of shampoo and baking soda and stir well. Wet your hair with warm water, but be careful not to burn yourself - as the water temperature is higher, this paste will be more effective. Rub the paste on your hair thoroughly, leave for a few minutes, rinse and nourish hair with conditioner or mask.
Dry shampoo - If you are in a hurry and don't have time to wash your hair, you can use baking soda. Apply a small amount of baking soda, as needed, and the amount depends on how much greasy is your hair. Then just shake well and comb your hair.
For teeth
Toothpaste - If you want to try a completely natural toothpaste, mix baking soda with a 3% hydrogen, in such quantities to obtain a paste. This paste will make your teeth whiter, but it is not recommended to use too often, because it can damage tooth enamel.
